Congratulations, Wind Ensemble! |

| Congratulations to the Wind Ensemble for their Superior Rating on Grade VI literature at the VBODA District 2 Band Festival! This music was easily the hardest done at PA in MANY years! Aegean Festival Overture hadn't been performed at Princess Anne since the 1970's, and most high school bands simply don't play the piece because of its difficulty level. In fact, one adjudicator said many colleges don't even play the piece! After many months of hard work by our very YOUNG band, it was a concert to remember! Consider the literature played by the Wind Ensemble the last 3 years: The Sinfonians American Overture In the Spring at the Time when Kings go off to War Pas Redouble Blueshades Morning Alleluias for the Winter Solstice Who's Who in the Navy Blue Hymn of the Highlands Aegean Festival Overture That is some SERIOUS literature, and something our kids can always look at with pride as they remember their dedication and commitment to Excellence and art!!! Congratulations! |

| Congratulations to the Symphonic Band for their Superior Rating at the VBODA District 2 Band Festival on grade IV literature! | ||
Attention FMC and most especially the PADL: Our new Pearl FFX carbon-ply composite drums are in! 4 snares, 5 basses, 13 carriers, and 7 new stadium stands... our 3 tenors, 1 more bass, and the remaining 6 stadium stands will be in shortly. They're awesome... come on in and check them out some time! Mr. Boyd |

Hello! I'm currently editing the 2007 FMC Video Yearbook. I can't give an exact release date, but I'm shooting for EARLY Spring. As in: March. More on that in future updates. A good number of you have expressed interest in buying the 2006 and or 2005 Video Yearbooks. I have about 10 each. As of yet no one has purchased one. The 2006 video is still available on my website for $35: www.dashvideo.net For those of you who are interested in purchasing the 2005 Video ($30) you can email me at: r i c k AT d a s h v i d e o DOT NET Take out the spaces and replace AT with "@" and DOT with a "." I'm sure you can figure it out. I don't want to get MORE spam from the SpamBots infesting this website. I'll be sure to give more updates as things progress. Thanks, Rick F. |
