VBODA District II

Band Festival

Symphonic Band
 3/13/10           

9:00 am                       Report, Princess Anne, already dressed, having already eaten breakfast.

 

9:15 am                       Rehearse sections of the music

10:45 am                     Finish rehearsal, pack trailer and busses.

 

11:30 am                     Depart Princess Anne High School

12:00 pm                     arrive, Tallwood HS.  Unpack trailer, get lunch from the concession stand.

 

1:00 am                       watch band (Granby HS)

1:25 pm                       stage in room for warm-up

1:35 pm                       Warm-up (band room, Tallwood HS)

2:10 pm                       Perform, Tallwood HS Auditorium

2:45 pm                       Site Read

3:30 pm                       Pack and await results

4:00 pm                       Depart, Tallwood HS

4:25 pm                       Arrive, Princess Anne High School

                                    Unload trailer, put away band room, await dismissal
