March 13, Thursday @ 6:30 pm Princess Anne High School Cafeteria $10—Dine In or Carry Out BINGO – FRIDAY NIGHT This Friday is BLUE Bingo Team; Bey, Ellison, Fowler, Gimbel, Gulley, Hayden, C., Herron, Mathews, A., Overton, Price, Shaw-Brady, Stuart, Ward, White, York As, I noted before, we need extra volunteers this week as the Independence bingo hall is not opening Friday night! This means we will have 100-200 extra players in our hall!!! PLEASE, if you are FREE come on out and work. Let us sell a TON of instants!!! We can use extra adults!! Please call Ms. Tracy if your child wants to work and it is not their assigned week, 831-2486 ********** This SATURDAY - March 15th Dominion Storm plays at Western Branch @ 448pm. FMC's Indoor Guard performs at Western Branch @ 9:27 pm Come on out and support Dominion Storm and/or FMC's Indoor Guard! This is the closet they perform to the high school! Best of Luck to Dakota Corbliss, David Moore and Lauren White this weekend at All-States! Monday, March 17 – there will NOT be a general parents meeting. Happy St. Patrick's Day! Spring Trip… Remember your band fees must be paid off FIRST… please make sure you are making all your payments. FOPS I have attached a form to use to transfer FOPS, if you are so inclined. If you are, please complete the form and drop it in the FOPS box. BAND BANQUET Saturday, May 3 7pm-12 midnight The Shifting Sands at Dam Neck Reservation Form to Follow Congratulations, Wind Ensemble! Congratulations to the Wind Ensemble for their Superior Rating on Grade VI literature at the VBODA District 2 Band Festival! This music was easily the hardest done at PA in MANY years! Aegean Festival Overture hadn't been performed at Princess Anne since the 1970's, and most high school bands simply don't play the piece because of its difficulty level. In fact, one adjudicator said many colleges don't even play the piece! After many months of hard work by our very YOUNG band, it was a concert to remember! Congratulations to the Symphonic Band for their Superior Rating at the VBODA District 2 Band Festival on grade IV literature! 2008-2009 Season…… Volunteers Needed.....` Please consider the following positions that will be opening up for next year, any questions, please contact me, Suzanne @ 450.8482 or via email!
